Medibead hip/back Warmer a must!

I bought my first hip and back medibead pack 10 years ago. It looked pretty beat up. My new one replaces it. I just heat up my back with it every morning and continue getting ready. It doesn't die over time as the beads are not rice, beans, or herbal. It's portable and travels well.
