This was recommended to me by a Optometrist to assist in my Dry Eye Therapy. I also suggest gentle massage after to help with expression of the glands. Do not over heat and use a few times a day to help with symptoms. Using this and communicating this to your Provider can help with establishing that you are playing an active role in your Dry Eye Treatment and may give way to other treatments sooner if desired results are not achieved. I am glad I bought and used this product as directed.
