How to Use & Care for Your Compress
🔥 To Heat
- Lay the compress unfolded on a dinner plate.
- Remove all shelves and trays from your microwave — leave only the rotating tray.
- Place the plate on the rotating tray and heat for 20 seconds.
- To increase heat, microwave in additional 5-second increments. Do not exceed 30 seconds total.
- If reusing the compress within 30 minutes, reduce heating time by half.
- Always touch-test compress before placing over eyes. If too hot, remove and wait 1–2 minutes before reapplying.
💆 To Apply
For best results, apply for 8–10 minutes or as prescribed by your doctor.
🧼 To Wash
- Wait 2 hours after use.
- Hand-wash only in cold water with a mild detergent.
- Air dry for at least 24 hours before use.
- Wash if exposed to creams, oils, grease, or food.
- Frequent washing is recommended.
♻ Replace Periodically: If using daily, consider replacing the compress after 6 months.
