The Bruder Moist Heat Eye Compress is a simple, microwave-activated solution for relieving dry eyes. To use, microwave the compress for 20 seconds. If you need more heat, increase in 5-second increments, but never exceed 30 seconds. Always perform a touch test before applying the compress to your eyes. If it feels too hot, remove it immediately and wait 1-2 minutes before reapplying.

Bruder Eye Mask Reuse Guidelines

For best results, apply the compress over closed eyes for 8-10 minutes, or as directed by your doctor. If you plan to reuse the compress within 30 minutes, reduce the heating time by half since it retains some heat from the initial use. Remember, the compress should only be heated using a microwave.
